1. What is ‘MyZONE?
MyZONE is a new reward programme that offers exclusive benefits and privileges to ZONE1511 customers.

2. What are the benefits a MyZONE member can enjoy?
A MyZONE member can enjoy the following:

a. Rebates
5% rebates quarterly based on the average (per month) nett IDD usage for the past 3 consecutive billing cycles.
See below table for example.


b. Birthday Treats
i. 30% discount on IDD usage on MyZONE member’s birthday.
ii. MyZONE’s exclusive merchant offers and rewards from our esteemed partners.

3. When is MyZONE launched?
MyZONE is launched on 1st of April 2010.

4. Who is eligible for the membership of MyZONE?
To be a MyZONE member, the ZONE1511 customer must meet the following criteria at the point of enrolment:
  • Spent a minimum amount of $300 on IDD usage OR spent at least $210 on IDD with minimum 6 months of usage in the year of 2009.
  • Does not have any outstanding payments.
  • Joined ZONE1511 before 2009.
5. How do I sign up for the MyZONE Membership?
MyZONE membership is strictly by special invitation. Eligible MyZONE members will be informed by mail in March 2010.

6. Do I need to pay for the MyZONE membership?
There is no membership fee for MyZONE.

7. How long is the MyZONE membership?
MyZONE membership is valid from 1st April 2010 to 31st March 2011.

Terms & Conditions

1. The MyZONE programme is exclusive to individual members only, and is valid for members on post-paid service plans. The criteria for MyZONE membership are:
  • Spent a minimum amount of $300 on IDD usage OR spent at least $210 on IDD with minimum 6 months of usage in the year of 2009.
  • Does not have any outstanding payments.
  • Joined ZONE1511 before 2009
2. The qualifying amount for the 5% rebates is based on the average (per month) nett IDD usage for the 3 consecutive billing cycles. The 5% rebates will be reflected in the 4th invoice every quarter.

3. The first billing cycle will commence in March 2010 billing period and the 5% rebates will be reflected in July and October 2010, January and March 2011 invoices. The 5% rebates are to be utilised within the next 90 days from the date the rebates are issued. Unused rebates after 90 days will automatically expire.

4. Any suspension or termination of the account due to whatsoever reason, or if the account is overdue / delinquent, will render the forfeiture of the MyZONE programme.

5. The 30% discount on birthday is only valid for IDD usage excluding calls made to Inmarsat, Iridium & UK-NTS destinations

6. The MyZONE programme is not valid with other promotions, discounts or privileges.

7. The rebates and discounts are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.

8. ZONE1511's decision on all matters relating to MyZONE programme (including, without limitation, a member’s eligibility to enroll in the MyZONE programme) shall be final and conclusive.

9. ZONE Telecom reserves the right to withdraw the MyZONE Programme and revise the terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
